Let me just say this: Helen and Chad are awesome.  We had planned to do their engagement photos while Chad (who is currently living out of state) was in town for a visit, not knowing that the day we’d chosen would turn out to be absolutely FREEZING.  To make matters worse, the fact that it was an early morning session meant that it was even colder!  (In fact, the temperature was only 24 degrees!)  Helen and Chad were so great about it though!  They did whatever I asked, and their positive attitudes made the whole experience really fun.  We would shoot for a bit, then they’d hop in the car with the heater on full blast until they could feel their fingers and toes again, then it was back to shooting!!  The amazing thing is that I don’t think you can even tell how cold they were…they were such pros at looking relaxed.  Here are some of my favorites from the morning!

Helen and Chad, I am so excited for your wedding this summer!  (And I’m especially glad that the weather will be warmer in June than it was in March!!)  See you again soon!
