If you saw Erin’s maternity photos a few weeks back, you’re probably wondering about the arrival of her little one!!  Well, he is here!!  Jack is absolutely precious!!  I was able to meet him when he was 13 days old and I had so much fun photographing this little guy!

He was wide awake and taking it all in for at least part of the session!

Is it possible for 13-day-old babies to giggle?  That’s what I think it looks like Jack is doing here.

This super soft, cuddly blanket that you see in several pictures was given to Erin by friends who wanted to keep her as comfortable as possible when she was in the hospital for Jack’s birth.  It was also perfect for keeping little Jack cozy and warm during our session.

Jack you have been blessed with wonderful parents!  Erin and Jacob, it has been such a joy to watch your family grow!!  I feel so honored to have been able to document these first days of Jack’s life!  Thank you for entrusting me with the task!!

This session was such a fun one because it was of my cousin’s family.  Justin, Candace, Heath and Marie live in Fort Wayne, and even though it isn’t that far away, we just don’t get to see them enough!  They came down to Minnetrista so we could take some new family portraits and I wanted to post a few favorites here.

Look at that happy family!  I love this next one because they were really just having fun together.

Years ago, when Justin started bringing Candace around to family get togethers, we loved her immediately!  I’m so glad that she became part of our family.

Big brother Heath and little sister Marie  :)  It makes me feel old to say this, but they are growing up all too fast!!
